You use the little squares on the Score Tracker and the actual warrior pieces don’t … really … do much. This collection of dudes (no female dragon slayers, apparently) are player tokens. If you have these, just put them somewhere in the middle. The Score Tracker tracks scores, shockingly. This Battlemat and Score Tracker are super helpful, as they help you keep track of which dragons you’ve slain and how many pieces of the current dragon you’ve collected. If you had bought the Kickstarter edition, it comes with a few more pieces, shown below: But Wait, There’s More: Kickstarter Edition That’s the entire setup for the base game. The white dice are known as the Warrior Dice, whereas the blue, green, and red dice are different dragons. I’ll explain what the symbols mean further down in Gameplay, so just set these aside for now. You’ll also see a set of tokens that look like this: You can actually see all seven in this picture, as the Mountain is on the bottom of the Blue Tail. There are 12 dice that look like this:Īnd they have a variety of symbols. If it is not the correct slayer/murderer the accusers are out of the game, and the game continues until all players are eliminated by the slayer or until someone "suspect" the correct slayer.Like Anomia, this doesn’t take much time to set up.

If they point to the same person who happens to be the murderer, the game is over. The other players can now also say “Suspect” and at the count of five, the accusers point to their suspect. The accuser then ask other players if they suspect anyone. Should another player guess who the slayer is, they will say “Suspect”. If the slayer winks at a person, that person must count to five and pretend sudden death. Players sit in a group and make eye contact with one another to identify the killer. Players pick pieces of paper to determine who the murderer is. The game has one slayer or murderer who can kill others by winking at them secretly. One of the pieces of paper is marked with a "wink" the rest with anything else or you can leave them unmarked. Teenagers love playing this fast paced elimination game everywhere.Ī bowl/bag with pieces of paper (same as the number of players). Wink Slayer is one of the easiest games to set up in a matter of minutes.
